Desire the Lord
I care for the fate of the world, at to what extent will
it be leading. I am concerned of the welfare of its inhabitants and of their
chance of salvation. I bleed in tears pleading that God will bestow mercy to his people, that the door of the
bridegroom would not be closed before them. I want to see many being caught up
when Jesus comes.
I
want a world that is beautiful, where all will have acceptance in God’s care.
My heart would break to see many being thrown in the pit or in the lake of
fire. I would be glad to see them marked instead with the name of Jesus and
with the blood from the Spirit, which is the blood of the Father as he
manifested in the Son bodily.
The
mark is the Holy Ghost, evidenced with the speaking in tongues, which is the
mark of the blood of the Father in those circumcised in the heart or the
Gentiles. These were those referred in the Bible as the dogs that eat the
crumbs under the table. Aside from the chosen ones in the land of Israel, these
Gentiles are those who shall merit favor.
As
the Father that calls us his children cares for us, we should endure unto the
end that we might be saved. We should be covered by the blood of the Lamb, and
sheltered with his robe of assurance. We should never be weary or be troubled
for the chance of salvation is for all. We need to repent, be baptized in water
and receive the Spirit.
We
should be cleaned like being buried deep in water that we might arise new and
purified, and washed as in the pool of Siloam. We should receive the promise of
the Father, which is His spirit that is the Holy Ghost. We should not be
lukewarm, but should consider Jesus as our first love and should not quench the
Spirit.
We
should be born again as being born in water and in the Spirit, that our bellies
be filled as from there shall flow rivers of living water. We ought to walk in
the truth that shall set us free that our search may be satisfied as we find
the peak of our journey. As the desert fathers have tasted of the meal of the
Lamb, we ought to find fulfillment too.
We
should crave for what is holy and are acceptable to the Father. We must obey
his commandments, to love God above all, and to love our neighbor as to
ourselves. We should not mind being criticized, for we should also share with
the burden and pain of Jesus who died for us and set a good example that we may
follow.
With
should love the moment with Christ, and we may lose our life for his gain. We
should die to ourselves, and be born of the Spirit, as those who are of the
Spirit are spirit, and those who are of the flesh are flesh. We should learn
how to sacrifice but there is one better than sacrifice, which is to obey.
Our
walk with the Lord should not waver, but instead we should adore him, praise
and worship him with all our heart, mind and strength, and be ever a-flamed in
our love for Him. We should not be disturbed with the call of temptation, but
we should ever be steadfast desiring the Lord above all. We ought to learn to
give for the Lord’s purpose.
